Monitoring and reporting for Veeam Backup & Replication, VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
Is there any way to clear / reset the alarm repeat counter for a specific alarm on on one VM?
Or alternatively reset the history for the entire VM?

Currently there is no such an option. Could you describe the use case? So we can consider adding a feature.
