I experienced problem While adding vcenter to veeamOne to monitor esxi hosts.
Access denied.please verify credentials......
The user name and password are true.
I noticed that before adding, I got certicicate error.

Can you please share a few screenshots of the ssl error you receive please?

What happens in a browser on the VeeamONE server when you open the same vCenter URL?

I would recommend opening a support ticket in parallel as well, so our Engineers can take a look as well.

The SSL certificate needs to be valid and not expired. Check if it is expired and renew it, as it should work to add it to VONE.

The problem was solved.it is reletad to vmware user's privilleges.we give it required privilleged so it solved
