Data Collection Mode - Backup Data Only

Hi,

we have Veeam ONE 9.5 Update 1 with vCloud Director Infrastructure connected.

Yesterday, when we upgraded from Veeam ONE 9 Update 1, during the setup we selected "Data Collection Mode - Backup Data Only".

We have found that the report "Protected VMs" is empty, no data available!

However, browsing vCloud Director View in Veeam ONE Monitor we are able to see all vDCs, vAPPs and VMs and some performance data as CPU usage, Memory Usage, Guest Disk usage..

Is it a correct behaviour of Backup Data Only mode or there is something wrong?

Hello Marco,
It`s expected that you see the Clusters/Hosts/VMs tree in Veeam ONE Monitor. Performance data should be collected only from backup infrastructure objects, i.e. if VM acts as a proxy, performance is still to be collected.
All backup reports should work though, including Protected VMs.
Looks like you have faced a bug, so please contact Veeam support team. Thanks!
