Default Opening View on Veeam Console

Post by gashmore »

Hi, Is there a way to "save" or use switches on the shortcut to Veeam One Monitoring console to expand all (or some) of the tree list that opens when you load the console?

We have a machine that powers an LCD screen, logs on and loads Veeam Monitor so we can constantly monitor a group of Virtual Servers but the list on the left hand side always loads collapsed...its just something I would like to get fixed!

Cheers.

Hi Graham,

Are you using a remote Monitor Client or the one which is installed together with Veeam ONE Server? I have everything on one box and the infrastructure tree does not collapse when I re-open the Monitor Client.

Thanks!

Im using the Veeam monitor client on a remote machine, although testing this on the console with the server installed if you expand the child nodes and click on one of the lower servers, then exit and reload the console the view sticks (albeit not as expanded as I would like) if you highlight "Virtual Infrastructure" at the top and exit the console, all the child nodes are collapsed when reopening....
