delay remediation script execution

I am having the problem that once Veeamone detects the alarm and I approve the remediation, it has a delay of almost 3 minutes. I run the script outside of Veeamone and it runs in seconds. Can the execution delay be modified?

Hello Manuel,

After the approval of remediation action should run almost immediately. This task is polling every 5 seconds. No related bugs were found. Maybe something is wrong with the service.
Please open a support case and provide a case ID in this thread so we could collect all the additional details and investigate it accordingly.

Thank you very much for the response, I have a community version so I cannot open a case, I thought there was some parameter to modify, it is a new installation.
