Deleted VM still showing in Veeam One

I have deleted a VM from the host but it still shows in Veeam One, any idea how I can remove it from Veeam One ?

Could you clarify where you can see the VM, in the tree of infrastructure view or in some reports? Is it shown with any particular status?
What is the version of Veeam One you are using?

Hi,
The VM shows in the infrastructure view and shows as powered off. The version of Veeam One is 7.0.0 949.

Hi John,

This is definitely not expected, can you send logs and screenshots to our support team? Also I wonder If Veeam ONE service restart can force the entire infrastructure tree rescan operation which should remove this VM.

The Veeam One service restart fixed the problem as the VM no longer shows up.

Thanks for the update, I will ask our QC team if they have seen similar things in their infrastructure or not.

I had done a refresh in the infrastructure tree which I thought would remove it

The refresh is done automatically and all deleted objects should be cleared away from this view, just checked that in my own lab. Good to know that you have resolved it anyway.
