Is there any way to disable email notification instead of excluding an object from an alarm?

Yes, you can disable notification in alarm settings.

I know that but I want to disable notification for a specific object (VM or Host or ...) not for an alarm.

Got it.
Not one-click option, but as a workaround you can clone the alarm. Assign one for all objects except those you don't want to be notified about and the second to only those objects, but with disabled email notifications.

Actually, I did it before but it's difficult workaround.
Exclude specific objects from notification, it could be add to next releases.
