Error message: Dashboard capturing failed

Hi,

i recently installed VEEAM ONE and now tried to schedule a report to be sent to me by email.

I receive the email but it contians the following error message:

--->03.02.2014 11:45:35 [error]: Dashboard capturing failed

I checked http://www.veeam.com/kb1732 but this does not apply because the service account is already member of the Veeam ONE Administrators local security group...

Hello Thomas,

Are you running the latest version of Veeam ONE? Do you have a support case opened, as this error message reminds me of one issue that we have already created a hotfix for.

Hi Vitaly,

yes, I have installed VEEAM ONE only last week.

Somehow I can't open a support case as only VEEAM BACKUP is available as an option when I log into the support portal (despite the fact that I have a licensed version of VEEAM ONE)
