I have been getting this error daily since I enabled V1. When it was first turned on it was happening at 11AM. then after windows updates ran on the v1 host it happens at 4PM. there are no corresponding events happening in the v1 host machine.

Yes, this alarm is triggered when Veeam ONE Monitor cannot collect events from the vCenter Server. If this error happens on particular time 11 AM and 4 PM, I would try to search for some activities from 3rd party tools, that could be the reason for this. Please keep us updated on what you find out with our support engineer on the WebEx session.
