Exclude VeeamOne reporting server downtime in Uptime reports

Post by sonic23 » 1 person likes this post

Hi support,

Is there a way in Veeam One Reporting to exclude the time where the VeeamOne server is down? This affects the VMUptime reporting being submitted to our senior management. Sometimes we have to install application and updates on VeeamOne server which needs a reboot, and a gap in the data collection is being reflected as downtime. Hope there's a way to exclude it via Veeam Report or remove the downtime data in SQL database?

Hope someone can help.

Thanks.

Hi Jesus,
There is no such a way now, but we are working on that in future versions.
Thanks for the feedback!
By the way, community forums is the place where customers talk to each other and R&D team, not support :)
