Hello, we have identified a problem that affects Customers running VONE v11, and VONE v11a. In order to resolve the issue, please visit the official KB.
Attempting to update Veeam Intelligent Diagnostics signatures fails, and a pop-up appears with the message:
Failed to import signatures
There are a few extra steps for those running vanilla VONE v11, please refer to the KB.
