Hello all,

I have a question.

What is the case occur the error below?

Processing s03 Error: Error code: 0x80004002 Failed to set SAN mode. Failed to open disk for write. Failed to download disk. Shared memory connection was closed. Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.

This can have several reasons and with only the specific snippet is hard to tell what is causing it. It could be the connection to the SAN failed (time out or miss configuration), issue with VDDK,... so the easiest would be to contact support for help.
