Failure to collect backup server data

We've got a recurring issue with our Veeam One server - multiple times a day I receive emails like the one below. One current count this has repeated 291 times. The odd thing is the server is online, I can RDP and it continues to run backup jobs correctly. Has anyone experienced this? If not - I'll open a case with support.

Description
Fired by event: VeeamBpPerfCollectionFailedEvent
Event description: Failed to collect performance data for object server.domain.name. The network path was not found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070035). This is the last record for this event. All other entries will be suppressed according to error reporting policy.
Initiated by: Veeam ONE Monitor (VEEAM-MONITOR)
Knowledge
Veeam ONE server failed to collect performance data from the specified backup server.

When did you start receiving these error messages? Did anything change in the environment? Also I would recommend sending full debug logs to our technical team for further troubleshooting.

Thanks for the quick reply. I think I too will open a case. Although my error code is different to yours: Fired by event: VeeamBpPerfCollectionFailedEvent Event description: Failed to collect performance data for object SERVER.Domain. Exception from HRESULT: 0x800007D0

FROM MSDN - 0x800007D0 (PDH_CSTATUS_NO_MACHINE) - Unable to connect to the specified computer, or the computer is offline. Initiated by: Veeam ONE Monitor (SERVER)

AFAIK, Some of the similar cases have been caused by lack of resources given to Veeam ONE server. However, if I were you, I would still open a case with our support team and let them investigate this behavior directly.

I have opened case #00573690. Also, I have opened this case with my account that is not associated with the licence of this installation of VB&R. Will this be an issue?

No, it will not be an issue, assuming you're on active maintenance contract for the second account as well.

This is an issue I am also having after installing Veeam ONE yesterday. Veeam B&R 7.0.0.960 Veeam ONE 7.0.0.876, this is the error message I am receiving:

Fired by event: VeeamBpPerfCollectionFailedEvent
Event Description: Failed to collect performance data for object XX.XX.XX.XX. The network path was not found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070035). This is the last record for this event.

Has there been any thoughts of as to why this is happening?
