FEATURE REQUEST - Credential check
I were recently ran into an issue where there was an alarm about some VMs that were not started - even though they were. Turns out it was due to the recent password change.
The fix was to:
Quit Veeam One
Stop the two VeeamONE services
Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Veeam ONE Monitor\Config
Delete or rename the .cfg files for the various users that have logged in.
Restart the two VeeamONE services
Re-launch monitor
This time when I cleared the alarm, it stayed cleared.
If there was a credential check built in it would have saved a lot of grief.

Hello Tim and welcome to the community!
Have you received any collection failure alarms when the password changed and data stopped being collected?
Thanks!

No... there were not collection alarms. The only alarms were on 3 of 20 VMs that the VMs weren't running... even though they were. I would try to clear it and it would come back a few seconds later.

Re: FEATURE REQUEST - Credential check
Could you specify what kind of credentials have been changed(guest OS, VC etc.)?

The Domain Admin password that I used to log into the backup box had been changed.
