Feature Request - customize email template body

Hi, I discovered after opening a ticket that email customization template in veeam One are just customizing the subject of the email sent. It would be a nice addition to be able to customize the whole body of the email using the same variable system that already exist for customizing the subject of the email.

I'm talking about alarm email, I was editing the template for mission critical alarm email and I was thinking it would edit the email body but with the help of support we realized this only edit the subject of the email so this would be a nice feature to be able to edit the body of the email with information we deem necessary to include instead of having a big email with tons of information that doesn't really interest us in case of an alert.

That is an interesting request. Under the hood, the alarm texts are sort of HTML pages. However, we put a dynamic monitoring system data in some specific places, and the description field of course. It could be hard to provide an editor for the dynamic texts as Veeam ONE server does not know what it could receive. While editing a static knowledge base looks doable.

Could you please provide us a few examples, like before/after. What information is not necessary for you?

Got it, yes it makes sense. Let's see if we can add this to future releases of VeeamONE. Not just that but perhaps make emails a bit more interactive like you can resolve alarm, or take some actions from there.

that would be a great addition to be able to have some action from the email body but even with just the body customization to have thing more clear and easy to read would already be a good addition.
