Feature Request - Monitoring Veeam Backup Office 365 with Veeam One

Hello everybody,

I hope that this is the right place for this topic. Otherwise please move it to the right location.

We're using VBR Enterprise plus with Veeam One and also Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365.
For this it would be nice to have the possibility to monitor it also in Veeam One.

No, it is not (yet) possible to monitor VBO with Veeam One at this point in time. We do are interested in learning what you would like to see monitored in the product, and what reports you would like to have. Feel free to tell us here.

Hi Mike,
We do backups for different clients, so it is repository or proxy based per client. Would be nice to be able to do automatic reports per repository, or per proxy - for example - Weekly reports with amount of successful and failed backups, amount of mailboxes protected for how long and how much space consumed during this week.

Vlad, would you like to see this with Veeam ONE or in the Veeam Service Provider Console?

Hi Mike. Veeam Service Provider Console. I am using Veeam One instead of VSPC, only because it does not work with AHV. So, if VSPC supported O365 Backup and Nutanix AHV, I would shift from Veeam One to VSPC for monitoring and reporting.

I would say in both products.
On VSPC, the customer can login with his Tenant Account and could have a overview, what is backuped.
VMs, Agents and VBO365 Objects.

Veeam One would be our internal monitoring solution from the technical site.
VCSP would be the monitoring solution on a level the endcustomer understand too.

Out of curiosity, what do you make of VBO's current reporting options?
Do you utilise Mailbox Protection Report to get an overview of protected mailboxes? What about Storage Consumption Report?
Would you say it could be improved or revised?
