Guest Disk Usage - No data available
When viewing Guest VM's in Veeam One, those that are not on the same VLAN as Veeam One & our Hyper-V Host Servers display "No Data Available" under Guest Disk Usage.
Those that are on the same VLAN as Veeam One & Domain show up just fine.
Is there a specific set of ports that need to be opened between the VLANs in order for VeeamOne to be able to gather this kind of information? I cannot find any documentation about this issue.
Thank you.

Re: Guest Disk Usage - No data available
Hello,
Can you access remote registry (TCP 445) of these VMs from the Veeam ONE server? Remote registry is used to establish connection to the VM and retrieve guest OS disk data, so this might be blocked in your case.
Thank you!

Re: Guest Disk Usage - No data available
That's good, now let's take a look at what debug logs show when the connection is initiated. Can you please contact our technical team, reference this topic, so that you don't need to explain twice what is going on and let me know your case ID for tracking?
Meanwhile, I will ask our QA team to verify that your scenario with different VLANs is included in Update 4 test plan.
