hosts missing

Post by jamestkirk »

we had an issue with storage couple of weeks ago, where the esxi hosts could not see the datastores. reseating controller card in our san fixed it, but all VMs went offline.

I just noticed that in veeam one, I only show 2 of the 4 hosts in my main cluster. when I tried to add one of the missing hosts, I received an error that there was an issue with time difference.
found that the two hosts no longer had NTP started and were off by couple of hours on time.
I fixed the time issue, and tried to add on hosts back, and got an "excluded by license" error.
but it did not even show up under the correct cluster when I added it.

do I just need to give it time to resync, or is there something else I need to do to get the hosts to show in veeam one again?

Hi Gary,

Worth giving a shot to check existing Monitored Objects list.

/Cheers!

Hi Gary,

Could you please clarify your Veeam ONE version?

Thanks

Hello,

I would recommend raising a ticket with our technical support if the issue is still actual as troubleshooting through the forums is not possible.

Thanks
