I can`t install the license file in Veeam ONE

Hi All,

I have installed Veeam One 6.5 in a Windows server 2008 R2 working fine in free mode funcionality. I have a license file and I want install it. I go to Veeam One Reporter to install the license in Configuration\Licensing but I got an error File Upload failed and I can't install it. I have reinstalled the product and in the first step of installation where I can put the license file but it does not work either and don't continue with the installation, I have to follow with the free version to install the product. When it have installed I can't install the license file in Reporter web.

Can you help me with this issue, please?

Hi, David. Have you also tried to populate the corresponding license through other Veeam One components (Veeam One Monitor, for instance)? Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks. Yes, I have tried various minutes ago with the Veeam One Monitor, Help\License Information and button Install License but it don't respond and I got an error that says that application has not been able to respond in a timely manner... and don't install the license file.

Thanks, the license is a trial license sent from Veeam registration page at Veeam... fail with two different trial license files

In this case I would suggest to verify Veeam ONE health state with one of our technical engineers via a remote WebEx session.
