Install Trial Licence error

Hi,

I have installed VOne Comm Edt into my environment, im trying to install the 30 day trial licence key but im unable too.

I go to Help - Licence Info - Install key - Install Licence and browse to the lic file on my desktop

However it comes back with:

The specified property cannot be found

I have tried from my remote VOne console on my laptop and also from the console on the VOne server, but im unable to proceed.

What could be the reason for this please?

Which is the installed version and is it the license version which you received via mail?

ah ok - just noticed the lic is for v10 and i had 9.5 installed

upgraded to v10 and licence installed fine
