Re: iPad App
Hi Marc,
What kind of information would you like to see in this app? Similar to what we have on our Web-based dashboards or something else?
Thanks!

Re: iPad App
I would really like to see something like this where I can get alerts and notifications via an app, rather than have to sign in and check. I t would be easier on me and much less work. Email notifications need to go away and never come back as far as I'm concerned. This isn't the 90's anymore.

Hi Nick,
Would you like to see alerts only or other UI management tasks are also needed?
Thanks!

Re: iPad App
maybe something like the Plesk Manager or Monitor for iPhone/iPad. Lots of info in an app.

Re: iPad App
+1 here, preferably like Nick said, the alerts only.

Re: iPad App
+1 for an iOS app. Setting up mail alerts based on rules is quite a hassle without setting up multiple mailboxes. It would be a great addition to Veeam ONE If the desired alerts could be pushed out to an app that shows them on screen instantly.

Re: iPad App
just keeping this alive
we are going to have iPad's for people who are on standby with all the management tools.
You actually can use Microsoft RDP to connect to the backupserver and have the GUI there, but it would be awesome to have an actual app.
Actually, I'd like to have the option to restore VM's as that is most time-sensitive. You could do this remotely easy and quick with an App.
Additionally, getting alerts for backups that do not run would be cool, as well as setting up new jobs, but restoring and info would be perfect

Re: iPad App
Thanks for your feedback, jochot! Can you please clarify the restore options piece? The restore operation might be automated if you're doing it to the original location. Clicking through various options of the VM restore wizard might sound cool, but how often do you do this? What restore operations do you usually perform?

Re: iPad App
I just mean that an App for monitoring would be nice, but It would also be nice to have the full functionality as Marc-H said.
But I can understand that having the full functionality is maybe a bit much, and I think creating jobs from a iPad would be nice but not as needed as being able to start a restore from the iPad app.
When I'm home at the weekend and see that some Server failed, I can start the restore from the iPad app. I don't need to create jobs from the iPad
