Licensing?
I have E-Mailed support twice in the last month about Veeam One licensing questions and I haven't heard a word back. Is this the normal way support at Veeam works? I was hoping not.

Re: Licensing?
What types of questions do you have over Veeam ONE licensing?
For general questions regarding pricing/licensing it's recommended contacting the sales representative available in your region. The support team might be the way to go, if there are errors, technical issues related to licensing, etc.
Thanks.

Re: Licensing?
I would have expected some kind of reply though, even if it was "I can't handle this for you but I will send you to someone who does."

Re: Licensing?
I don't seem to have a ticket number. Looked at my sent items and I see I sent an email to support at veeam dot com on 3/28/14. I think the other time I filled out a form on the web site but I don't have a record of that.

Re: Licensing?
Before opening a ticket you signed up to our Customer Support Portal, didn't you (http://cp.veeam.com/)? You can log on there and see/manage your existing support cases. Thanks.

Re: Licensing?
Yes, that is the portal we're using for the interaction with the support team (opening and managing tickets, asking for updates, etc.).
If you haven't opened a ticket already, then, the sales rep will be a better person to ask questions about licensing/pricing, etc.
Thanks.

Re: Licensing?
If haven't been approached by our sales person yet, can you please tell me what region you are based at?
