Missing ESX Host of vCenter in Veeam ONE Reporter
Hello,
we have two new ESX Hosts added to our vCenter farm. They are displayed in Veeam ONE Monitor. All VMs on that hosts are listed and monitored.
In Veeam ONE Reporter and Veeam ONE Business View these Hosts and their VMs are missing.
Can anyone explain what to do? Am I missing a refresh button?
There are enough licenses and no "VM Monitoring Exclusion Rule" is defined.
Regards!

Hello,
All objects shown in Monitor should be shown in Reporter and Business View, however it can take time in the begging. When did you add vCenter to Veeam ONE?
Thanks!

Hello,
the oldest monitored data in Veeam ONE Monitor of that hosts is from the end of october. So I guess the host were added to vCenter at least at that time.

In this case data should be available in Reporter and Business View.
Do you have any internal alarms triggered in Veeam ONE Monitor, such like "Veeam ONE Reporter collection job" alarm?
You may start collection job manually in Veeam ONE Reporter > Configuration > Servers and click "Run now" button, but if you have no data since October I doubt it will work.

No such alarms on scope of Virtual Infrastructure are triggered:
Every alarm triggered for that hosts are caused by specific VMs on the host.
I looked up Veeam ONE Reporter -> Configuration -> Servers and found out, that the "Schedule" of all Objects is set to "Manually" except the "Object porperties collection task. Are that the normal settings?

I meant internal Veeam ONE alarms. Those are shown in Data Protection View. There may be an issue with data collection by Reporter.
You may also check it in Veeam ONE Reporter > Configuration > Servers. I would also click "Scheduling..." there and check if "automatic data collection" is checked.
