missing host from cluster in veeam one

Hello,

I have an issue with veeam one. We have 3 hosts in a vmware cluster. One host is not visible in the veeam one altrough the VMs from that missing host are displayed in VMs tab. But the host they are on is not displayed. The Veeam one server has been restarted. I've also checked if there are any rules for exclusions under options - there are none. Should i just remove and readd the vmware server under the virtual infrastructure or is there anything else i should try first?

as you already checked exclusions, I can only suggest to open a support case. Please post the case number for reference.
