Missing Infrasctructure View
Hi there,
i used the v7 VeeamOne and upgradet to v8.
On the Server it looks normaly and i can add my Virtual Infrastructure.
I installed the new Client version on my PC and open this new Version.
Now i have only "Business View" but i dont need this thing. I only want the "Infrasctructure View".
Can it be that with Version 8 there are no longer "Infrasctructure View" on the Client side?

Hello,
Could you check what versions of Veeam One Server and Client you are using. They should have the same build number.
Does Infrastructure View work fine in Veeam One Server?
Thanks.

Re: Missing Infrasctructure View
Hmn, i checked build number and all have the version 8.0.0.1615.
If i start Veeam One Client on the same PC where the Server is installed i can use alle function.
But on another PC i can see only the Business View. From my point of view i looks that the information on the Client PC is not correct.
It says Service is connected but i dont see any information. I can see the Datastore from the ESXI but under "Datastore State" comes "No Data avaiblable"

Thanks for the answer,
That also might be an authentification/permission issue. Under what account do you run Veeam One Monitor on the client site?
Does it belong to the Admin group?

Re: Missing Infrasctructure View
Thanks Shestakov for your replays.
I have found my Problem...
Its a little embrassing. I forgot to add the users into the Local Groups on the Server.
After adding them i can use Infrastructure. I would be better with a Error "You have no Rights to use the Monitor Client".. but ok
So i wisch a good Day
