More selective Maintenance Mode

Post by dmason »

We always do our Windows patching the Saturday after Patch Tuesday, so always the second Saturday of the month. Right now, when all the hypervisors and guests reboot it triggers Veeam ONE alarms for VM power status and similar alarms. We want to have the hypervisors and guests to have scheduled Maintenance Mode for this window, but the options to choose are not really useful for this. Like in Task Scheduler, you can schedule tasks to run the first Saturday, last Saturday, etc, but in Veeam ONE the options don't allow you to choose something like that. What else are users doing to prevent these known alarms from happening during your normal patching cycle? Thanks in advance
