MSP Central portal

Post by xpose »

Hi All,

Apologies if this has already been discussed.

We are an MSP and I am looking to see if Veeam ONE has the functionality to be used as a central console for multiple clients? If so, how?

TIA.

Yes, Veeam ONE supports multi-user access to its monitoring and reporting capabilities.
Please get familiar with the provided link.

Do you want to provide access to the virtual infrastructure for your clients (who are buying hosting services) or you're searching for a centralized view of your clients infrastructure to be used by you as an MSP?

Hi Vitaliy,

We are a Veeam partner (with an MSP practice).
We have discussed the limitations of Veeam ONE to act as a central console for multiple clients with our Veeam Rep, and were told that there is a beta version we can try out...
It's out understanding that this beta version does not require setting up site to site VPNs and will enable us to view all of our client's Veeam/VMware infrastructure from a single centralize location.

At this point we do not need to provide access to the virtual infrastructure to our clients, but it but be a nice feature to add in the future.

can you please guide us where we can find more information and download like for this product?

Thanks!

There is currently no beta ongoing in regards to this. I guess he ment the Veeam Availability Console however as I understand you want Veeam One monitoring multi tenant over multiple customers (sites) without the VPN connection. This is currently not possible by default with Veeam One.

TechP,

Are you a VCSP? If so, please apply for the VCSP forum. As a MSP it should benefit you

To apply for the VCSP forum, go into the User Control Panel of this forum, select User Groups in the tabs, select "Veeam Cloud Service Provider” and finally the “Join selected” option. As soon as your email address is verified to be part of the Service Provider domain, your application will be approved.

Then you will be able to learn more about VAC

Cheers
Mike
