Our Veeam ONE is monitoring 5 different vCenters across different sites.
Is it possible to specify different e-mail recipients for notifications and alarms on different vCenters? So alarms triggered on vCenterA will be sent to helpdesk@company.com and alarms triggered on vCenterB will be sent to helpdesk2@company.com.

Yes, you can simply copy(clone) alarms, and change alarm assignment and email recipients.
