new error in collecting data

Dears,
i receive the following error
"Collecting thread will exit due to serious error (There is an error in XML document (7, 23217597).)"
restart does not change anything anyclue ?

Hello Jean-pol,

Try to open "https://YOUR_SERVER _NAME:443/client/clients.xml" using the web browser on Veeam ONE Server machine. The error you've posted means that there is something wrong with the client.xml file we are receiving from the vCenter Server (or ESX(i) host). I would also recommend you submitting support case with our technical team, as your issue might require extra troubleshooting which is not possible to do via community forums.

guys , this issues was resolved in the latest patch of veeam one.
unfortunately i still have one host that give me issues when collecting data via perl script.

this is purely a VMWARE issue ,therefore i will not use Veeam support on that one.
