New Report
Hello,
is it possible to create completely new reports with Veeam Repoter 9.5?
I find a lot of ready-made reports in the workspace, but no "new report" button.

Re: New Report
Hello Peter,
There is no way to create your own reports, however, you may create custom reports based on pre-defined templates.
Thanks

Re: New Report
That's really bad.
Is it possible to generate a report that shows the status, start time, end time, duration and backup size on one page?

Re: New Report
I still have a question about the Custom Report.
When I create a "backup infrastructure custom data" report, I cannot specify how many days or weeks the report should display. Is this not possible?
In addition, the sorting is terrible. Can this be influenced?

Re: New Report
What is the need for having an option for days, keeping in mind it's not a historical report?
To sort out the columns, you may export it to MS Excel, as a workaround.
Also, could you please clarify what you'd like to achieve by having this report?

Re: New Report
For a later auditing it is always good to have a (historical) report of the backup.

Re: New Report
Then the predefined "Job History" report should fully cover this use-case. Just in general, most needs are already covered by our predefined reports and we constantly add new ones and enhance their capabilities.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: New Report
Hello Peter,
What would you expect to see under the mentioned "New Report" button?
You can save reports with desired parameters from the predefined templates or as Fedor mentioned, you can use custom reports templates.

It surely can if you explain what exactly is terribleIn addition, the sorting is terrible. Can this be influenced?

Re: New Report
When I use the Backup Infrastructure Custom Data Report and display backup jobs, sometimes it sorts by job name and sometimes it does not. But it's not that bad
Another question.
We make a copy of each increment backup to an external HD at night.
Where can I see how long a backup copy job took?
Under Backup Monitoring - Backup Copy Job you only get the start time.

Re: New Report
We will consider adding sorting option to the report. Thanks for the request!
As for the backup copy job, it doesn't have exact start and end times as the job itself runs continuously.
You can observe backup copy session details in Backup Copy Job report.

Re: New Report
However, in the e-mail notification of a copy job from B&R, a start time (start of copy) and an end time (copy finished) and a duration are specified.

Re: New Report
Correct, it specifies start/end time of one of job stages.
Have you checked the mentioned report?
