Hi guys,
I moved our install to a new server and I thought I had everything setup correctly but when I run the monitor tool its say it can't connect to the database. But if I open up the settings and test the connection, it's successful. I verified from the old server that all the database permissions are the same. But I can't see to find the SQL instance for the new server like the old one has. Although I can connect to the VeeamOne database just fine. What did I miss?

Hi, can you please check if you've followed all steps from this KB1801 correctly to migrate your Veeam ONE server to another computer?

Thanks, but it wasn't as easy as that. A total uninstall / re-install was needed.

Hmm... was it required after you tried to use the instructions above? Just trying to understand if modifications to the KBs are required.
