Hello,
In order to monitor processes local admin credentials should be sufficient. Can you please tell me what OS locale you're using for Hyper-V host?
Thank you!

Re: Processes Guest OS Unknown error
Thanks for clarification. I have just discussed it with the dev team and they have confirmed that no extra configuration is required here. Can you please open a support case with our technical team and let them review the debug log files?

Hi,
I have the same problem with a 2012 R2 Guest OS on a VMWare cluster. Is there a solution ?
Thanks

OP's solution was to create the following registry key on the Veeam ONE server:
If it doesn't help, then please contact our support team for further assistance.
Code: Select all
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam ONE Monitor - UseLegacyRpm (DWORD) to 1
