Receiving Excluded Alerts

I have Virtual Desktop machines that there are a number of alerts I do NOT want to see so I have created a Business View based upon OS Type of Windows 7 and gone in and excluded the alarms I do not want. However, I still receive those alerts even though they are excluded on the Business View. Am I missing something here? All I should have to do is just exclude them from the Business View. Correct?

Hi Mike,

Currently there is a known issue with excluding alarms for Business View containers, these exclusions do not apply to the BV groups. As a workaround you may want to exclude unwanted alarms individually for each VM.

Booooo...when is a fix expected to be released? This is a big deal when I have hundreds of VMs that need to have these exclusions work properly?
