Reinstalled VM OS - How long for Guest Disk Free Space to Show?

Last night, I had to reinstall the OS (Server 2019) on one of our VMs which is monitored in VeeamOne. I checked it this morning and "Guest Disk Usage" says "No Data Available". I checked the credentials and everything. All other stats are working fine. I checked to make sure the performance counters are on, if that makes any difference.

How long does it typically take for the disk usage to show up in this situation?

Hi GenDev,

To clarify, are you asking about the Client UI or another place within the product?

In VONE Client, the data should appear very shortly after the OS reinstallation. For vSphere - in one minute, for Hyper-V - depending on the selected data collection mode, in 1 of 3 hours.
In Web Client, the data should appear once the Object properties data collection task gets finished after the data is already present in VONE Client.

Anyway, what you are describing is not the expected behavior, so I would recommend contacting our support team for investiation.

I'm referring to the client UI.

I did go ahead and force an unscheduled data collection in the web client and it didn't help. When I pull a report, such as "Guest Free Disk Space" in the web client, the VM with the reinstalled OS does not show up.

Update: For the heck of it, I restarted all of the Veeam One services and everything showed up about 5 minutes later.

Sounds strange. If it happens again, we would like to have a look at the details.

I've passed the info you provided to our QC team for reproduction.
