Hello everybody,
Our Veeam One Monitor Free Edition license had expired.
Offcourse we want to renew this, yet i am having trouble renewing the license.
When I open Veeam One Monitor I see, and that is all I see, it closes if I click anywhere.
I went to the mentioned website for a new key and got it by mail.
To install the license I need to go to Veeam One Reporter, and here is where my problem starts, this does not work.
As you can see Reporter does not load of cannot be connected to.
What to do now ?
Is it possible to manually edit a file with the new license ? Or perhaps you have an idea to get Monitor working and edit the license as i am supposed to do.
Looking forward to anyones reply in this
Kind regards,
Jeroen

Re: Renew license Veeam One Monitor Free Edition
Jeroen,
Can you please tell me if Reporter web site worked before that? Have you tried accessing it via FQDN or IP address? Also can you please try to open Business View web site? It has the same address, but different port - http://management:1340
Thank you!

Re: Renew license Veeam One Monitor Free Edition
Hello Vitality,
I cannot be sure, but i think it did, i checked it once after the first installation. That would be 3 months ago now.
http://management:1340 gives the same result, page not found.
Using the IP adress of the management server with :1340 or :1239 results in a page not found as well.
FQDN gives the same result also.
Any other suggestions ?
Thank you in advance!

Re: Renew license Veeam One Monitor Free Edition
I would recommend taking a look at the IIS manager and then trying to open Reporter website in the IIS. If it doesn't help, then please contact our technical team for further investigation. Please be aware that we do provide support for customers using our free versions too.
