Send Veeam One Reports to Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint

Post by rdixon01 » Jul 19, 2019 12:48 pm

Our Organization is moving to using Microsoft Teams for "File Share" access. Does anyone know how/if Veean One reports can be sent to Sharepoint?
I have created alot of reports in Veeam One reporter and I see that I can email them and also send the to a network files hare using unc. I can also send them to a network file share and them I have to "Manually" upload them to Teams. Which works, but I'm looking for something that more automated. I can also send the reports to my OneDrive and sync them that way, but that utilizes to much disk space.

There is no such a UI option, however, you may write a script to mirror the report to be moved from network file share to Sharepoint.

No problem.
Could you describe how you resolve the issue now?
Thanks!

One way you can achieve this is to setup an account with OpsGenie, its free for the first 5 users and then configure MS Teams integration. Set your email alerts to go to your OpsGenie team which pushes the alerts to your MS Teams team that you specified. You can also set the alerts to send you a text message as they give you 100 free texts per month.

Hi Richard,
Thanks for the workaround, but Rick was talking about reports, which are .pdf/.docx files, not just text messages.
