Hi,
I have a new setup of Veeam One and I have added my vCenters but then I try and add my Veeam B&R I get and error:
"Failed to connect to "servername". Specified server is not available. Please verify server name and try again."
Veeam is not a different server from from Veeam B&R, I found this KB suggested on the Veeam Forum but it hasn't

Anyone got any ideas on a fix.

Hello Alan,
Are you running Veeam ONE, and Veeam Backup & Replication on a single machine? It will work, but we usually recommend installing in two different VMs. One for VBR, one for VONE.
Have you tried using the IP?
Let's see what Support finds out. That ID is very strange, I though they willl start 07xxxxxx for VONE tickets.

yes I have them on 2 different servers (VONE is a VM and VBR is a physical server).
I have tried IP Address, FQDN and just server name all with the same error, I have also tried multiple accounts with the same error.
You are correct I gave the wrong ID (don't know where I got that one) I re-checked and the support ID is #07008702

I resolved this with the MS Update KB5005102 installed on the Veeam One Server.
It was related to a previous update and the above was the Hot Fix to resolve the issue
