[Feature request] Specify credentials for SCVMM managed host

When having a host in your SCVMM environment that is in an untrusted domain, VONE cannot connect to that host. This is a different approach compared to VBR.

I would like to request to implement the possibility to provide credentials for an host that has been discovered using SCVMM.

This would enable the possibility of adding hosts in an untrusted AD domain and perimeter networks. This will also remove the requirement that the user connecting to SCVMM is the user that needs permissions to poll the host in a trusted or same domain.

As a work-around you can exclude that host from being discovered and add that host manually, but when you have multiple hosts like that and they change from time to time, it's not preferable.
