"SUPPORT IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE" despite disabling checks

hi,
We are in the process of renewing our contract with Veeam currently, but like most corporate activities, this sometimes takes a little longer than we'd like.

We upgraded to 12.2 of Veeam One yesterday, and then we saw email notifications with the subject line;
"SUPPORT IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE Veeam One agent server <system message>"
We went in and disabled those checks in our main Veeam server;
>Options>Notifications>"enable notifications about support contract expiration"
but I don't seem to be able to find the equivalent setting in VeeamOne.
How do we disable Veeam One from prefixing "SUPPORT IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE" to the subject line?

we've used that configuration option to disable the message and Veeam One is working as expected. thanks.
