Morning,
Trying to complies logs for a case for Veeam One, however when using the tool I am getting an error. Previously I have been shown how to reset the tool to complete the log capture.
I have been unable to locate those instructions!
Does any one know on here how to clear the tool so it can grab the required logs and create the zip file?

Hello Iain,
I've never heard about clearing the tool or anything alike.
There are 2 ways to get logs, with Veeam ONE Settings Utility and Help menu in toolbar. If neither works, please contact the support team.
