Suppression Times get messed after daylight saving changes

Hello,

after the last daylight saving changes in Germany, the suppression times are not working as expected.
for instance. if I want to suppress an alert between 15:00 - 16:00 o'clock, I have to fill in the times one hour prior (14:00 - 15:00),
otherwise the suppression is not working at the right time.
One hint, the daylight saving in Germany puts the time one hour forward.
I have already a case opened #02965656, wondering if someone else facing this problem.
