Tape Report Monthly

Scenario

We have a tape job that backup all Vms monthly, this jobs are records at 10 tapes and after this all tapes are send to Iron Mountain to be archieved.

Problem:
The report called “Tape Backup” don’t show all content at the tape.

I don’t have a report that inform the content of Tape Id  Ex.: “Which VMs were backuped at Jully-2018 that are at the TAPE id 0001 or Where is the VM01 of the backuped at Jully-2018 ”

If one day I need make a restore at this VM01 for example, that is a this archived tape at Iron Mountain i cant find this and I need bring all tapes at my site again to find this VM01

Someone can inform me if this report exist?

If no is possible be do trough SQL Query?

Hello Douglas and welcome to the community!
Have you checked drill-down report in “Tape Backup”?
Under the monthly job click on number of backed up in "VMs and Computers" column for the desired job.
You can also check which tape jobs backup VM in VMs with no Archive Copy and Custom Backup Data reports.

Hi Shestakov thanks for your help, but:

These reports do not show the information we need.

The VMS without a file copy has a limitation on programming because it only shows "Monthy or Current Quarter" if you need to filter more than this period as January 2017, and in the media column show only "Media Set Name" not Media ID where the VM was registered.

In the Custom report, we can not merge different types of "Backup type + virtual machine" objects to create all the information needed to provide my reports.

I think that for me the best solution be using Reporting Service "https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/one/r ... l?ver=95u4" to create my custom reports.

And what about the drill-down report in “Tape Backup”?
It should show what you need.

In the Custom report, we can not merge different types of "Backup type + virtual machine" objects to create all the information needed to provide my reports.

You can combine them with the Report builder.

Does "Mensal" mean monthly?

By the way, do you use GFS Media pools? If so, have you checked Tape GFS Backup Files report?

No I dont use GFS Media Pools at the moment.
