I upgraded last week Veeam one from 9.0 to 9.5 and right after the upgrade VeeamRSS.exe won't start.
My case is open since Thursday : 01979336
When i launch Veeam Monitor, it's in free edition and even if i setup my key, it doesn't take it. (Screenshoot link in the case)
So first the support routed me to sales to generate a working key but even trial or new key doesn't work.
I don't know if license and VeeamRSS.exe doesn't start have a link but anyway my VEEAM One is down for a week now, pretty long for a severity 2 case + nobody reply...
Does anyone have trouble upgrading ?
