vApps in Monitor (excluded)
We have a large license to cover all our sockets; but for some reason, all our vApps (the little four blue squares symbol) are showing as (excluded) and stating "Licenses sockets number exceeded". These aren't sockets, they're just groups of VMs. Any ideas?

Re: vApps in Monitor (excluded)
Hi Micheal,
Could you go to Help > License information and say if you have your number of sockets fully used?
Also in Veeam ONE Monitor client try go to Options -> Server Settings -> Monitored objects and check the objects you need to monitor and apply changes.
Thank you.

Re: vApps in Monitor (excluded)
We are using all our sockets, but shouldn't a vApps which are running under monitored hosts not count as a socket? I mean it's not a host, it's just a group of VMs, yes? Also, all possible hosts are selected on the Options -> Server Settings -> Monitored Objects; except for two that we are intentionally not watching, and these vApp groups aren't running on those hosts.

Re: vApps in Monitor (excluded)
Micheal, you are right, if hosts where those vApps are being monitored, vApps themselves should be monitored as well.Michael.at.NIU wrote:shouldn't a vApps which are running under monitored hosts not count as a socket? I mean it's not a host, it's just a group of VMs, yes?
If you are sure that VMs with running vApps are checked to be monitored under Server Settings -> Monitored objects, please contact Veeam support team.
Thank you.
