Veeam Enterprise Backup Manager vs Veeam Backup & Replicatio

Hello,

Veeam Reporter 7.
I have already the Veeam Backup & Replication Server in Data Protection View reporting to Veeam Reporter.
Then I added the Veeam Enterprise Backup Manager in the same view and apparently the reports got duplicates...
Veeam Enterprise Backup Manager is receiving the data from the Veeam Backup & Replication Server.

It seems working twice with the same data as coming from the same source by two different ways, isn't it ?
Which one should be prefered "Veeam Backup & Replication Server" or "Veeam Enterprise Backup Manager"?
Any idea?
Am I correct?

Hi, Dominique. Adding Enterprise Manager is preferred way in case of having many (or more than one) backup servers connected to it, since it allows you to avoid connecting many backup instances to VeeamOne console manually. Otherwise, if there is only one backup server, you can easily add just it.

Yes, this is by design. You should only be adding either EM or Veeam B&R server, but not both.
