Veeam Monitor Client Problem after R2 upgrade

Hello,

we have problem to connect to Veeam ONE Monitor Server with Veeam ONE Monitor Client after we installed R2 patch. Previously everything was working correctly.
Veeam ONE Monitor Server probably works correctly (sends email notifications).

We tryed to reinstall client, disabled firewall and antivirus but this not resolves problem. Client is installed on the same pc as Veeam ONE Monitor Server

Do you have any advice what can be wrong?

Hi Sebastian,

Can you install Veeam ONE Monitor Client on another server just to make sure that the original machine is not a problem?

Hi,

I've check it with new clean Veeam ONE Monitor Client install on other pc but problem is the same.

Then I would recommend contacting our technical team to review Monitor Client debug log.
