Veeam ONE Agent Failed to check signature updates

Dear All,
I'm new to Veeam Software, so I would like to apologize if my question is dumb.

I am trying to get acquainted with Veeam ONE Monitor, and I discovered just today the Veeam One Intelligent Diagnostics.
It relies on Veeam One Agent and on problem signature analysis, if I understand correctly.

But I have a problem: when I try to "Update signatures", the process fails simply with "Failed to check signature updates". I don't know if it is an internet connection problem or else.
The only thing I am sure of is that both the Veeam B&R Server and the Veeam One server are directly connected to the Internet.

Is there any log I can examine to find out why the update process failed?

I have case 04571355 logged. Part of it was this issue with the signature updates. But that bit is ok now.

Thanks. As far as I see there is still an ongoing investigation, so please keep working with the technical support team directly. I'll keep an eye on the case.
