Veeam one collector state stopped

I am using the Veeam one free edition. For some reason the veeam one collector state is showing stopped and the vcenter server shows connection problems..
i tired reinstalling veeam one monitor server twice but the same issue.
I can try connecting through the vsphere client without any problems.

Can you please tell me if you have any error messages on the balloon screen which can be found on the top of the Monitor Client?

Hi Vitaliy,

It says configuration issue ( 1 detected)...virtual server connection failure..object (vcenter server name).
Initially this was installed on the Veeam server itself. I have uninstalled from there now and installed veeam one on my laptop..and still it shows the same thing..withe configuration issue top and below shows collector state stopped.

Hmm...in this case I would suggest to involve our support team in debug logs investigation. Please post your support ticket number, so I could update this topic once your issue is resolved.

It was pretty interesting. The technician was trying to right click the vcenter server from the UI of Veeam one , however there was no drop down menu.
Finally changed the display settings of Windows 7 from Medium 125% which is the default to smaller and then the drop down showed up once he right clicked the vcenter server.
I just retyped the credentials again and it started working as usual.Apparently there seems to be some sort of bug in the UI which he said would be fixed in the next version.
