Veeam ONE does not connect to Veeam B&R
Hi everybody.
I´m having this issue that when I try to integrate Veeam ONE to Veeam B&R, I receive an error to "check credentials and try again".
We already verified that the network settings are correct (IP, domain, ports, subnet) and that the user used has all the permissions that it needs.
Please, Does someone know what problem could it be?
I will upload the Case ID as soon as the designated person to do that creates it.

Hello Joaquin,
Are you trying domain\username in case that VBR is under a domain, and if not in a domain something like VBRIP\username perhaps?
Also, there is a small checkbox to select if the VBR has Enterprise Manager or not, mind that as well.

As an option to check, there is probably an extremely long password.

Another thing to check is the ports and firewall rules that allow communication between the two.

Thanks for the help and I´m sorry that I didn´t reply earlier. Luckily, I didn´t have to upload a case to Veeam, I finally managed to connect Veeam One with Veeam B&R.
There were no problems with the Firewall, password, domain or username. All checkboxs involved were used accordingly. I wanted to try one day and it just worked, it connected, so I´m sure this was not what you guys expected from my reply haha.
