Veeam One (Free) Collection Job Warning

Hi

I've setup the free version of Veeam One to monitor a HyperV host at a different site I work at, however the Data Collector keeps completing with a warning and I'm not sure how to fix it.

In the log the only warning listed is the following:

Failed to retrieve empty storage controller list for host hyperv-08r2

Any ideas how I can fix the warning?

Ian, there were a number of similar cases which were resolved by the support team. Usually it happens because of Hyper-V configuration issues.
So once you add the server to Veeam ONE try Hyper-V Assessment reports.

Thanks for the reply, I ran the configuration report and it's not really telling me anything is wrong that would point to it, is it because it's not part of a cluster?

Hi Ian,

The info in the report does not shed any light on the issue, unfortunately. The first section states that the results are not applicable due to the absence of a cluster, you are right.
